The The company is located at São Gabriel Farm, Route 267 - Km 445, town of Machado, State of Minas Gerais.
         It started by chance with a small scale production and sales of Classic Swiss Delight in jars to our friends and family six years ago. Soon, sales rapidly grew throughout the city of Machado. It began with great Classic Swiss Delight which was a registered patent. A few months later, the production increased in order to accommodate the increasing product variety and demand. The authentic Doce de Leite started to be produced as well as the Assorted Real Fruits Dessert in Syrup. “Reserva de Minas Indústria e Comércio Ltda” ran a business trial and the products began to be successfully distributed throughout Brazil. We are regulated by the ANVISA standards (government agency which regulates product quality and health standards), therefore our production complies with the highest standards which ensures high quality results.

Environment and Social Responsibility

       Our operations have never generated pollutants or caused any environmental damage. All waste generated from our product manufacturing is converted into feed for locally raised birds, pigs and fish. Furthermore, waste is also applied for the irrigation of the guava farm.
        Our employees live within the São Gabriel Farm, in addition to providing housing which includes hydro among other necessities, we also maintain a recreation club for employee leisure and activities.
